The Collective will be the new home of Kurtz Homes Naples. Located on the corner of 10th Street South and 1st Avenue South, The Collective is in the heart of Naples Design District in downtown Naples. This property was purchased 14 years ago by Randy Kurtz and two partners, who are also his friends and golf buddies, with the intent of eventually removing the existing outdated buildings and creating one landmark building that would better suit the character of the Naples Design District.
The Collective will serve as a design and lifestyle destination, featuring showrooms, office space, shopping, a design studio, and cafe. Along with the new offices of Kurtz Homes Naples, this lifestyle destination will feature a curated collection of tenants including, Stofft Cooney Architects, Casa Italia, Method and Concept, AlliKriste, AXIOM Fine Art and Consulting, Premiere Systems, GWT Outdoors, and Unique Flooring Co.
Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects as a modern centerpiece, the building will feature an innovative design with visually stunning steel and glass façade, softened with lush landscapes, open rooftop terraces, and outdoor courtyards. Nationally renowned construction management firm DeAngelis Diamond will oversee the construction to be completed by Winter 2019.
With Kurtz Homes Naples’ first office just down the road at Port O Call Marina 36 years ago, we see the move into our new home at The Collective simply as a deepening of our roots in the Naples community. We look forward to the community we will build with the fellow tenants and local neighbors, as well as being able to better serve our clients in our new home at The Collective.
