The new home of Kurtz Homes Naples, The Collective, will be a landmark destination in downtown Naples combining upscale retail shopping, urban café dining, modern offices and exclusive design product showrooms. Randy Kurtz, a co-developing and investment partner in the project, is most excited about what the move means for Kurtz Homes Naples, as it will be in a better location to serve its clients and offer the ability to collaborate with some of the area’s best in the business who will also be tenants in the building.
Architecturally designed by award-winning Stofft Cooney Architects, The Collective contains a three-story mercantile building and a four-level parking structure with a stunning steel and glass façade, lush landscaping, open rooftop terraces and multiple outdoor courtyards. Nationally renowned construction management firm DeAngelis Diamond will oversee construction.
The Collective is the future headquarters for Kurtz Homes and has been christened The Collective to reflect the shared vision between Kurtz and partner John Abell of Crayton Advisors.
Located in the heart of the Naples Downtown Design District at the corner of 10th Street South and 1st Avenue South, The Collective is planned to open Spring 2019.
